I have known Fred Sylvester, for almost three decades on both a professional and personal level. I met Fred first through my position as Chief Building Inspector for Lee County. In that position I found Fred to be an exemplary builder, conscientious and paying attention to the smaller details often overlooked in today's construction industry.
