By Definition a under the InterNACHI Standards of Practice an inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a structure for a fee, which is designed to identify observed material defects within specific components of said structure. By observing these Standards of Practice the inspector will not disassemble any component of that structure. At times, clients may request a further evaluation of a particular component that requires a specific expertise and or license to render an evaluation. At your request, those types of evaluations can be performed by our Listed Service Providers for an additional fee.

After many years in the business of inspecting and construction we have come to know and surrounded ourselves with reputable service providers in the area. Service providers are contractors that specialize in their trade and/or field and carry Insurance and Florida licenses in that field or work. At times, clients ask us or their Realtor to do a more in depth, exhaustive inspection or due diligence on a particular area of a building, for example; having a WDO/ Termite Inspection, a Seawall/Dock inspection or a Septic and Drain Field Inspection, etc. These types of services would require technicians that specializes in that field of work and would have to be properly licensed in order to give that report. In order to make the inspection process seamless we offer these services and can make the scheduling of all of these special inspections as effortless as possible with a, “one call does it all” approach. Termite and Wood Destroying Organism Inspection Service

If you or your lender require a written WDO or Wood Destroying Organism Report Truly Nolen Pest Control offers our clients this service for a small fee $ 85.00. This WDO Inspection comes with a one year warranty issued by Truly Nolen Pest Control. • Simple Septic Tank Inspection- includes lifting the lid and a visual inspection inside the tank and two soil samples in drain field. $ 210.00, includes a small written report.
• Full Septic Tank Inspection with pump out and effluent filter cleaning. Includes a full and complete inspection of the drain field with a full NAWT 5 page On-sight Wastewater Treatment System Inspection Report. $515.00.

We highly recommend the Full Inspection for Septic Systems. You the buyer have no idea what the previous owners have put down the drains that may compromise the health of the waste water treatment system. The State of Florida may be mandating soon a plan that would require an every-five year’s inspection of the state's 2.6 million septic tanks by 2016.Crews Environmental is a State of Florida licensed waste water treatment contractor.

If the home has an existing security system they will inspect it for Free. In order to qualify for this service you must inform us prior to the inspection time so ADT can be scheduled

Full Electrical Analysis

If its a full scale electrical analysis you need All Phase Electric Company offers Accredited Building Consulatant Inc. and it's clients a full line services at discounted prices. Residential does not typically need any further evaluation other than the typical inspection by a trained home inspector, However, in a Commercial application a client may wish to have further due diligence done on the electrical systems.

Specialty well equipment, filtering and softening equipment sometime need further evaluation that is beyond a typical home inspection, that's when you would require a licensed plumbing contractor to further evaluate the system.
